As per the new PCI DSS 3.2 payment card industry security standard, Gnani’s product ensures 100 % PCI compliance by identifying and spotting the Sensitive Authentication Data (SAD) and the encrypted cardholder data. It limits the access to the caller's sensitive information.

AGENT COMPLIANCE WITH SCRIPT

It is crucial to read out the disclaimer statements to the callers in order to prevent the potential lawsuits which might ensue. To avoid this at all times, Gnani’s product ensures that the agent is reminded of the compliance statements to be read out by giving out visual cues on the screen during the progress of the call.

A report of non-compliance is then prepared on an individual level and sent to the QA manager on a regular basis as per business requirements.
